How can we help?

Real humans, fast replies. Email hampus@thekin.ai and we'll get back to you, usually within a working day. For urgent issues, add URGENT to your subject line.

Data not syncing? Make sure the source wearable is actively writing to Apple Health and that Kin has permission to read it. If it still won't sync, email us with your device and the data type that's missing.

Account and access

Requesting access. Kin is currently invite-only. Request access and we'll be in touch as we open spots.

Can't sign in? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or email us with the address you signed up with.

Your data, your control

Export your data from inside the Kin app at any time, in a portable format.

Delete your account from inside the app. Production data is removed within 30 days, and encrypted backups within 90 days. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.

Insights and patterns

Kin needs a little history before patterns are meaningful, usually around a week of check-ins plus connected wearable data. The longer your history grows, the sharper the patterns become.

Insights are suggestions, not prescriptions. They can be wrong, miss context, or simplify. Use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional for anything material to your health or performance.

Privacy, security and terms

All inputs and connected health data are encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level isolation per athlete. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers. Privacy Policy · Terms of Service
